Linh Tran has deep expertise in individual, team, and organizational development, having dedicated her career for over 20 years in the Learning and Development field across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Linh brings her compassion and multicultural perspective to KITE clients to uncover both conscious and unconscious mental processes and motives to affect lasting growth and positive change. She has helped a wide range of international organizations, corporations and government agencies build their capacity for strategic alignment, deepen team alignment, develop leadership skills and talent pipelines, engage their employees, and create practical solutions in the midst of constant change.     

Linh previously served as an executive coach for the top 200 leaders at UNICEF as an executive coach, holding 1:1 coaching engagements, supervising peer coaching cohorts, and coaching teams of divisional leaders and Country Management Teams. Additionally, she has worked in the capacity of a career counselor, instructional designer, organizational design consultant, performance management workshop facilitator. She has worked through KITE with UNFPA, the UN Secretariat, and the World Food Programme (WFP).  Linh has also acted as an executive coaching consultant for UNOPS and INSEAD.

Linh holds a Masters in Intercultural and International Management from the SIT Graduate Institute in Vermont as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Resources from George Mason University in Virginia.  She is certified in Brain-Based Coaching®, Career Management Coaching, Conversational Intelligence®, and the Team Diagnostics Survey. Linh has also worked with various psychometric and multi-rating tools such as the LCP, MBTI, DISC, GlobeSmart, KLSI, and various 360֯ feedback tools. She is currently based in the Washington DC area.
