For over 20 years, Scott Tavis has focused on enabling CEOs and their senior teams to co-design collaboration best practices and bold, strategic initiatives for large organizations across the US, Canada and Europe.
Scott’s passion is uncovering unique brand opportunities which, when defined and executed, create extraordinary results. The brand targets typically involve how to bring about positive change and strong results by “Doing the Right Thing”. Scott has supported Fortune 500 organizations and government agencies, as well as pro bono work directed at strengthening youth leadership.
Most recently, Scott has been working as an executive coach and facilitator with UNICEF in their LEAD team, working with senior leaders to engage their teams more effectively and strategically through both 1:1 and team coaching. These mandates include: Strategic Design, Team High Performance, Executive Coaching, Branding and Change Management. He has often worked with senior, cross-functional groups to help ‘break down silos’ and promote cross sector collaboration.
Scott has a BA from UC Berkeley as well as designations with ORSC, Team Coaching International, True Colours and Insights. Scott has also worked with and designed various 360 feedback tools. He is based in Toronto.
