Eva is an experienced Leadership & Relationship Systems coach. She enjoys working with teams and organisations engaging in leadership transformation programmes and is committed to the continuous development of individuals, teams and organizations.
Eva brings over 20 years of experience in industry, gained within both the automotive and aerospace sectors. She has worked as a Senior Manager at Delphi, a global automotive organisation, where she enjoyed a successful international career spanning 14 years and diverse leadership roles including: operations, supply chain and sales. She led regional EMEA operations teams and implemented Operational Excellence programmes.
Eva has worked as one of our team development specialists with IOM and the Norwegian Refugee Council, delivering in both English and Spanish. Eva’s work with KITE has also included work with the UN Secretariat as a coach and facilitator of a leadership development programme, and as a facilitator and peer coach for an innovative talent development programme for the World Food Programme (WFP) for National Officers.
Eva collaborates with the Toulouse Business School as an associate professor of its renowned Entrepreneurial Thinking & Social Innovation Programme.
As a Leadership consultant for the Lean Management Institute in Spain, Eva is the co-creator of the Lean Leadership model. She combines her experience in Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement to lead the deployment of a leadership culture that can effectively sustain organisations engaging in Lean transformation journeys.
She is an International Faculty Member of CRR Global and leads ORSC (Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching) courses globally. She is also a Senior Leadership Consultant of The Full Circle Group.
Eva brings leadership, trust and credibility, facilitating genuine connections with individuals and teams. She acts with integrity and loves working in complex and diverse environments.
She holds a Master´s Degree in Management & Business Studies and postgraduate studies in Lean Management, Operations Managements, HR Management, and International Trade. Certifications include, Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSCC), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and The Leadership Circle (TLC). She is a graduate of the renowned CTI Co-Active Leadership Programme and has participated in the Strozzi Institute Embodied Leadership Programme.
Originally from Spain, she has lived in Germany and the UK. She currently resides in Barcelona with her husband and their three young children.
