Eva is an experienced Leadership & Relationship Systems coach, specialised in working with leadership teams and senior managers within the UN as well as other public and private organizations.
Eva brings experience working in multi-cultural environments. She enjoys partnering with organisations engaging in leadership transformation programmes and is committed to the continuous development of individuals, teams and organisations.
As Kite’s Senior leadership consultant and team development specialists, Eva has coached leaders and teams within the UN and other organisations in the humanitarian field. She has led team coaching engagements with IOM, IAEA, UNFPA, UNDP, WFP, UNICEF, UNJPF, UN Secretariat and the Norwegian Refugee Council.
Eva has designed and delivered leadership development programmes for the UN Secretariat in New York and Geneva helping managers navigate uncertainty and strengthen personal, team and organizational effectiveness.
As a leadership coach, Eva supports leaders in their growth journeys helping them develop the mindset and behaviours for effective, inclusive and accountable leadership. She believes that leadership development requires working on self, our relationships with others and our ability to lead organisational performance balancing both task and relationship.
Eva has designed and delivered team development programmes, helping teams build alignment, strengthen collaboration and foster a culture that supports collective effectiveness and wellbeing.
Eva collaborates with the University of Cambridge in the UK as an Executive of its renowned Executive Education Programmes. She is a Faculty Member of CRR Global and leads ORSC (Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching) courses globally training future team coaches. Eva is also a Senior Consultant of The Leadership Circle where she has led numerous coaching processes for senior leaders.
Prior to developing her coaching career, Eva enjoyed a successful international career spanning 17 years and diverse senior leadership roles. She has led regional operations teams and has been a member of both national and regional leadership teams. This experience together with high-quality training in rigorous coaching methodologies help her understand and effectively support leaders navigating today’s complex challenges.
