Eva is an experienced Leadership & Relationship Systems coach. She enjoys working with teams and organizations engaging in leadership transformation programmes and is committed to the continuous development of individuals, teams and organizations. 

Eva has worked as one of our team development specialists with IOM, IAEA, UNFPA, UNDP, WFP and the Norwegian Refugee Council, delivering in both English and Spanish, as well as the UN Secretariat in New York and Geneva (as a leadership coach and facilitator). She is a senior facilitator and peer coach for Horizon, an innovative National Officer talent development programme for WFP. 

Eva collaborates with the University of Cambridge in the UK as an Executive coach of its renowned Executive Education Programmes. She is an International Faculty Member of CRR Global and leads ORSC (Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching) courses globally training, future coaches and systemic leaders. Eva is also a Senior Leadership Consultant of The Leadership Circle, and has coached over 800 leaders globally. 

Eva brings over 20 years of experience in industry in both the automotive and aerospace sectors. She has worked as a Senior Manager at Delphi, a global automotive organization, where she enjoyed a successful international career spanning 14 years and diverse leadership roles in operations, supply chain and sales. 

Eva brings leadership, trust and integrity, facilitating genuine connections with individuals and teams. She holds a Master’s Degree in Management & Business Studies and postgraduate studies in Lean Management, Operations Management. Certifications include: Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSCC), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and The Leadership Circle (TLC). She is a graduate of the renowned CTI Co-Active Leadership Programme and has participated in the Strozzi Institute Embodied Leadership Programme. 

Originally from Spain, she has lived in Germany and the UK. She recently relocated back to England after several years in Barcelona with her husband and their three children.
