Collin Lenzi is a facilitator and coach whose work integrates somatic awareness, trauma-informed practice, and depth psychology to support individuals, leaders, and groups navigating complexity, change, and development. For over fifteen years, he has studied embodiment, contemplative practice, and human development, and has spent the past several years guiding transformational processes through individual coaching, group facilitation, and leadership development.
Collin holds a Master’s degree in Depth Psychology with an emphasis in Somatics from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where he also completed doctoral coursework. His work is informed by an integral and systems-oriented perspective, drawing from somatic psychology, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and contemplative traditions. He has a particular interest in how individual and collective patterns influence trust, communication, resilience, and collaboration within groups.
Alongside his private practice, Collin serves on the Timeless Wisdom Training team, an international program focused on collective trauma integration, leadership development, and group facilitation. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Mandela Yoga Project, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness practices.
As he expands into organizational development and systemic team coaching, Collin brings curiosity, humility, and a commitment to lifelong learning. He is especially interested in supporting teams working in complex environments where resilience, relationship, and thoughtful collaboration are essential to meaningful and sustainable impact.
